I saw you in my brother's apartment

There is a column in the Georgia Straight newspaper called "I saw you". It is about people who saw someone on a bus or somewhere and did not get the person's name or number. They are trying to connect. It is a bit hopeless. I like reading it so I decided to post something there and it is below:

I saw you first in my brother’s apartment.
I heard about you.
Then I saw you on our wedding day.
Later I saw you give birth to our son.
I saw you give my mother a warm meaningful hug when she waited on her cancer death sentence.
I saw you give my father a hug when he so needed one all alone now.
I saw you make a thousand lunches for our child.
I see you every morning and evening.

someone responded:

That's beautiful and cute and amazing and I hope your happiness lasts forever and ever. You've got something good, don't let it go over nothing :)
